I am a retired school teacher and I am still involved in primary education as a school governor at a local authority maintained school in Lancashire.
I love the outdoors and have created a wildlife friendly garden. I really enjoy visiting nature reserves in Lancashire and Cumbria which are often managed by the Wildlife Trusts. My interests are general curiosity about what I might find in different habitats but I have a particular interest in wild flowers.

I train daily at the local sports centre doing both strength and cardio classes. I enjoy walking through the local landscapes.
